A group played music and one person was clogging. We had fun watching - and it looked like she was having fun dancing. OH! To be 20 years old again and to dance like this would be so much fun.
We took our daughter to the playroom to discover what she could and couldn't do. Her referral information appeared to be pretty far off - considering she was saying words on her own (in the video she says "Wah too", which is Mandarin baby talk for "mine") and not just imitating words as the referral stated. Also, her fine motor skills were excellent... not pointed out in her referral.
All our attention to her has paid off. She can walk on her own fairly well and shows it off just before the red couch photos at the White Swan. It was a wonderful moment to see this.
An annual event I like to attend. Since adopting Kenzie, I hadn't gone. This is our first year together, and she loved it. My mantra throughout the whole thing is "Please put it down."
Kenzie's daycare puts on a Christmas program with the kids. It actually was part of their Sunday services. We had a great time there! Although Kenzie looked like a deer caught in the headlights during the whole program.
Ivytech has a Halloween party for their staff and students and their kids every year. Guess who won First Place again in her age category.
The outfit was my idea. We took things we had around the house and I was given the hat by our dear friend Deb. The only things I bought were the shoes and the galvanized pail. She won on originality of the outfit... plus she is just do darn cute!
