this was his very first time in germany, he played 4 songs for the german TV in 1983, i recorded this with my fathers VCR back then, the location is the "Funkausstellung Berlin" (Broadcast fair), the announcer is Bill Ramsey he was a famous singer/entertainer in germany in the 50's , check out Part 2
